Leveraging DSP feedback to strengthen supervision
The Guild will be presenting a webinar on the 2024 DSP Research Report on Tuesday, November 19 as part of the Providers’ Council Member Webinar Series.
This session includes an overview of the DSP survey data including satisfaction, demographics, career development, appreciation/recognition, and challenges. There will be a particular emphasis on data demonstrating supervisors’ key role in staff satisfaction and retention. Participants will learn about The Guild’s efforts to use evidence-based frameworks to strengthen supervision.
