Allison joined the Guild in 2015 as the Adult Services behavior clinician and has since established and maintained the clinical supports within the adult residential program. Allison has a strong passion for and involvement in the Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) initiative and the healthy relationships curriculum. In her current role, Allison provides direct clinical support to individuals and direct service professionals, supervises behavior clinicians, collaborates with psychiatric providers, treatment teams, and outside providers, and heads the PBS Leadership Team.
Allison earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. degree in Social Cognition and Personality from Lehigh University. She completed a certificate of advanced professional studies in Counseling Psychology through Salem State University and became a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in 2020. Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
