Mercy previously worked as a residential assistant and transitioned to case manager before coming to The Guild in June of 2024. She received her bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of South Dakota and will complete a master's degree in health administration with a focus on health informatics from Capella University in the fall of 2025. Mercy values the meaningful impact of supporting individuals at The Guild, where every day brings new learning and connection. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, and enjoying life outside of school.
