Prior to joining The Guild’s team in October of 2020, Monica worked at the Walker School in Needham as an Assistant Teacher, Special Education Teacher and Educational Coordinator. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Lasell University and gained her master’s in Special Education from Lesley University in 2016. In her current role, she enjoys learning about her students’ goals and interests and helping them work towards their IEP objectives. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures and spontaneous dance parties wit her two-year old and restoring her nineteenth century farmhouse with her husband.
